NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BALLINGER WILL MEET AT 5:30 P.M. ON SEPTEMBER 19, 2016 IN REGULAR SESSION AT ITS REGULAR MEETING PLACE IN THE CITY HALL, 700 RAILROAD AVENUE IN THE CITY OF
BALLINGER, TEXAS FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES:

00:00:26 – 2. Prayer and pledge of allegiance.
00:01:30 – 3. Consider approval of the minutes of the September 6, 2016 meeting.
00:01:46 – 4. Visitors who are not on the regular agenda will be given the opportunity to address the Council on any subject.
00:20:18 – 5. Discuss and take action to adopt the 2017 fiscal year budget.
00:21:03 – 6. Discuss and take action to approve a resolution set the City tax rate for 2016.
00:22:40 – 7. Discuss and take action on request from Jennie Fulton concerning the building permit for trailers at 505 13th Street.
00:40:44 – 8. Discuss and take action to make amendments to the vendors / itinerant merchant ordinance.
01:06:24 – 9. Consider approval of building permits.
01:07:43 – 10. Hear the City Administrator’s bi-weekly report.
