NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE
GOVERNING BODY
CITY OF BALLINGER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BALLINGER
WILL MEET AT 5:30 P.M. ON DECEMBER 5, 2016 IN REGULAR SESSION AT ITS
REGULAR MEETING PLACE IN THE CITY HALL, 700 RAILROAD AVENUE IN THE CITY OF
BALLINGER, TEXAS FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES:
00:15 – 1. Call meeting to order.
00:26 – 2. Prayer and pledge of allegiance.
01:17 – 3. Consider approval of the minutes of the November 21, 2016 meeting.
01:36 – 4. Visitors who are not on the regular agenda will be given the opportunity to address
the Council on any subject.
02:03 – 5. Discuss and take action to select a CPA for the City’s annual audit for the fiscal year ending September 30,2016.
21:50 – 6. Consider approval of building permits.
22:58 – 7. Hear the police activity monthly report from Chief Mark McNulty.
27:06 – 8. Hear the City Administrator’s bi-weekly report.
47:04 – 9. Hear request for future agenda items from City Council.
47:24 – 10.The Ballinger City Council shall meet in executive session as authorized by Texas Government Code, Section 551.071 Consultation with City Attorney (Update on
alternative water project.)
47:34 – The Ballinger City Council shall meet in executive session as authorized by Texas Government Code, Section 551.074 Personnel Matters (Performance Evaluation and
Review-City Administrator Bryan Grimes.)
