00:01:16 – 3. Consider approval of the minutes of the May 1, 2017 meeting.
00:01:33 – 4. Visitors who are not on the regular agenda will be given the opportunity to address the Council on any subject.
00:09:50 – *5. Discuss and take action on proposed contracts for a community alert system.
00:07:19 – *6. Consider approval of building permits.
00:20:17 – 7. Hear the police activity monthly report from Chief Stanley Maresch.
00:24:21 – 8. Hear the City Administrator’s bi-weekly report.
00:32:26 – 9. Hear request for future agenda items from City Council.
00:34:05 – 10. The Ballinger City Council shall meet in executive session as authorized by Texas Government Code, Section 551.071 Consultation with City Attorney (Update on alternative water project) and (Review RFP’S received for garbage collections.)
00:34:27 – 11. Action from executive session.
00:35:20 – 12. Remove from the table to discuss and take action to approve selection of company for garbage collection services in Ballinger.
