NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BALLINGER WILL MEET AT 5:30 P.M. ON JUNE 5, 2017 IN REGULAR SESSION AT ITS REGULAR
MEETING PLACE IN THE CITY HALL, 700 RAILROAD AVENUE IN THE CITY OF BALLINGER, TEXAS FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES:

01:27 – 3. Consider approval of the minutes of the May 15, 2017 meeting.
02:36 – 4. Visitors who are not on the regular agenda will be given the opportunity to address the Council on any subject.
06:44 – 5. Discuss and take action to consider offering summer water rates.
12:12 – 6. Discuss and take action on the contract with Republic for garbage disposal services.
15:06 – 7. Consider approval of building permits.
20:11 – 8. Remove from the table to discuss and take action on proposed contracts for a community alert system.
33:27 – 9. Hear the police activity monthly report from Chief Stanley Maresch.
39:32 – 10. Hear the City Administrator’s bi-weekly report.
53:17 – 11. Hear request for future agenda items from City Council.
